We've managed engineering teams. Dozens of people, hundreds of repositories, thousands of tasks per quarter. And every tool we tried gave us the same thing: four DORA metrics and a dashboard that looked great in demos but told us nothing we didn't already know.

The questions we actually had — why is onboarding taking so long, what happens to velocity when someone leaves, is our sprint planning connected to reality, are people actually working on what we think they're working on — none of those had answers in any tool.

So we built Gitrevio.

We started with the data layer: integrating everything from git hosting to issue trackers to time tracking. Then we built the intelligence layer: AI and ML models purpose-built for engineering team analysis. Not generic BI. Not a dashboard with an AI chatbot bolted on. A system that genuinely understands engineering work.

And because we believe the future is agentic, we built Gitrevio to be consumed by AI tools as naturally as by humans. Our MCP server, API, and AI skills are first-class citizens, not afterthoughts.

We're based in Europe, we care deeply about data privacy (your code never touches our servers), and we think the engineering intelligence market deserves more than four metrics in a pretty chart.
